Each Jeengar piece is handcrafted with care, and we take that same care in preparing it for its journey to you. Your order is carefully packaged in our workshop in Rajasthan, India, ready to travel from our artisans' hands to your home.

Order Processing: The Art of Preparation
As our items are not mass-produced, each one is given a final inspection, conditioned, and thoughtfully packaged before it is dispatched.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in India.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is on its way.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Transit Times: International delivery typically takes 10-20 business days after dispatch, but this can vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Important Note on Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such import fees. Jeengar has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking: Follow Its Journey
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your piece's journey from our workshop to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
A Note on Addresses
The journey of your piece depends on the accuracy of the address you provide. Please take a moment to double-check your shipping details at checkout. Jeengar cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If an order is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply.
